Terms and Conditions of Service
MONTHLY IOSOI (First month at €1)

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Particular Conditions”) regulate the contractual relationship between ASTECFUER S.L., with registered office at La Milagrosa street, 33.2ºc, La Oliva (35660), and CIF B-13880588 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Puerto del Rosario and the natural person user who, meeting the requirements established in these Specific Conditions, contracts the IOSOI service with the promotion “MONTHLY DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION FIRST MONTH AT €1” on the IOSOI.ES web portal responsibility by ASTECFUER  S.L. (hereinafter, “THE PROMOTION”) organized by ASTECFUER S.L. (hereinafter, the “Subscriber”).

1.2 These Specific Conditions are specific to THE PROMOTION and will be applied jointly to the General Terms and Conditions of contracting the DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION service (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) available at the following link https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/

In the event that for THE PROMOTION there is a conflict between these Specific Conditions and the General Conditions, the Specific Conditions will prevail.

1.3. Both the Specific Conditions and the General Conditions are binding for ASTECFUER  S.L. and the Subscriber.

PROMOTION CONTENT.

2.1 Subscribers to THE PROMOTION will enjoy the DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION service described in Condition 2 of the General Conditions https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/ at a special price of one euro (€1), indirect taxes included, the first month of contracting. The monthly payments following the end of THE PROMOTION will be subject to the price established for this type of subscription in the General Conditions and these Specific Conditions will not apply.

2.2. THE PROMOTION cannot be contracted more than one (1) time by the same Subscriber. In this sense, ASTECFUER  S.L. reserves the right to cancel the subscription and/or cancel and/or block the account of those Subscribers who are misusing THE PROMOTION or in those cases in which there is suspicion or well-founded certainty that a Subscriber is impeding the normal development of THE PROMOTION by carrying out any malicious or fraudulent acts.

23. After the first month, the subscription to “DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION” will be automatically extended for monthly periods, unless the Subscriber notifies ASTECFUER  S.L. your willingness not to renew it, at any time, during the validity of your monthly subscription that is the subject of THE PROMOTION or subsequent periods in the event of an extension.

PROMOTION DATES.

3.1.THE PROMOTION will be available from October 1, 2023, until October 30, 2024. However, these dates will be subject to modification by ASTECFUER S.L. at its sole discretion; although, ASTECFUER  S.L. will communicate it with sufficient advance notice.

3.2. Any DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION subscription contracted outside of these deadlines will not be able to benefit from the Specific Conditions of THE PROMOTION.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE.

4.1. Those individuals over 18 years of age who contract the monthly subscription to the “DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION” service for the first time and during the period of validity of THE PROMOTION may benefit from the Promotion.

4.2. There is no territorial limitation to participate in THE PROMOTION.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF A GENERAL NATURE.

5.1. In order to benefit from THE PROMOTION, the Subscriber must contract the monthly subscription of the DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION by electronic means through the “IOSOI” web portal Plans – iosoi.es, in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions.

5.2. THE PROMOTION cannot be combined with other promotions and offers from ASTECFUER S.L., unless otherwise expressly established.

5.3. ASTECFUER  S.L, reserves the right to unilaterally modify and/or cancel these Specific Conditions or THE PROMOTION at any time, at its sole discretion, and without generating any type of right to compensation in favor of third parties. Although it will notify you ten (10) days in advance of the date of modification or cancellation.

5.4. Acceptance of these Conditions implies acceptance of the General Conditions, available at https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/ y de la PolíticaPrivacy Policy of ASTECFUER S.L. available in https://iosoi.es/politica-de-privacidad/

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

6.1 These Specific Conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. ASTECFUER  S.L. and the Subscriber undertake to try to resolve, in an amicable manner, any disagreement that may arise in the development of the contracted service, prior to going to court. To this end, the parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the courts of the domicile of Puerto del Rosario.
