Terms and conditions of the service ANNUAL IOSOI (First year for €13.5)

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Specific Conditions”) regulate the contractual relationship between ASTECFUER S.L., with registered office at Calle la Milagrosa, 33, 2ºc, La Oliva (35660), and CIF number B-13880588 e registered in the Commercial Registry of Puerteo del Rosario and the natural person user who, meeting the requirements established in these Specific Conditions, contracts the IOSOI Service with the promotion “ANNUAL DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR €13.5” on the web portal “IOSOI.ES ” responsibility of ASTECFUER  S.L. (hereinafter, “THE PROMOTION”) organized by ASTECFUER S.L. (hereinafter, the “Subscriber”).

1.2. These Specific Conditions are specific to THE PROMOTION and will be applied jointly to the General Terms and Conditions of contracting the DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION service (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) available at the following link https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/ .

In the event that for THE PROMOTION there is a conflict between these Specific Conditions and the General Conditions, the Specific Conditions will prevail.

1.3. Both the Specific Conditions and the General Conditions are binding for ASTECFUER  S.L. and the Subscriber.

PROMOTION CONTENT.

2.1. Subscribers of THE PROMOTION will enjoy the DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION Service described in Condition 2 of the General Conditions https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/, at a special price of thirteen euros and fifty euro cents (€13.5), I.G.I.C included, during the first year of contract. The annuities following the end of THE PROMOTION will be subject to the price established for the annual subscription modality in the General Conditions and these Specific Conditions will not apply.

2.2. THE PROMOTION cannot be contracted more than one (1) time by the same Subscriber. In this sense, ASTECFUER  S.L. reserves the right to cancel the subscription and/or cancel and/or block the account of those Subscribers who are misusing THE PROMOTION or in those cases in which there is suspicion or well-founded certainty that a Subscriber is impeding the normal development of THE PROMOTION by carrying out any malicious or fraudulent acts.

23. After the first year, the subscription to “DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION” will be automatically extended for annual periods, unless the Subscriber notifies ASTECFUER  S.L. your willingness not to renew it, at any time, during the validity of your subscription that is the subject of THE PROMOTION or subsequent periods in the event of an extension.

PROMOTION DATES.

3.1. THE PROMOTION will be available from October 1, 2023 to October 30, 2024. However, these dates will be subject to modification by ASTECFUER  S.L. at its sole discretion; although, ASTECFUER  S.L. will communicate it with sufficient advance notice.

3.2. Any DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION subscription contracted outside of these deadlines will not be able to benefit from the Specific Conditions of THE PROMOTION.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE.

4.1. Those individuals over 18 years of age who contract the annual subscription to the “DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION” service for the first time and during the period of validity of THE PROMOTION may benefit from the Promotion.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF A GENERAL NATURE.

5.1. In order to benefit from THE PROMOTION, the Subscriber must contract the annual subscription to DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION by electronic means through the “IOSOI” Plan – iosoi.es web portal, in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions.

5.2. THE PROMOTION cannot be combined with other promotions and offers from ASTECFUER S.L., unless otherwise expressly established.

5.3. ASTECFUER  S.L, reserves the right to unilaterally modify and/or cancel these Specific Conditions or THE PROMOTION at any time, at its sole discretion, and without generating any type of right to compensation in favor of third parties. Although it will notify you ten (10) days in advance of the date of modification or cancellation.

5.4. Acceptance of these Conditions implies acceptance of the General Conditions, available at https://iosoi.es/terminos-generales/ and the Privacy Policy of ASTECFUER S.L. available at https://iosoi.es/politica-de-privacidad/

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

6.1. These Specific Conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. ASTECFUER  S.L. and the Subscriber undertake to try to resolve, in an amicable manner, any disagreement that may arise in the development of the contracted service, prior to going to court. To this end, the parties, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the courts of Puerto del Rosario.
