Starting tomorrow, Spain will be legislated without a representation validated by the people, the true state.
After a general election, where in 38 Spanish provinces the popular party emerged victorious, and where only in 10 provinces did the socialist party achieve victory, and where paradoxically, despite the above, the distribution of seats once the political forces were aligned according to the meaning of their ideology, whether social communist (the left) or liberal conservative (the right), left a very equal scenario but far from absolute majorities, both ideological blocks have been forced to negotiate with nationalist or minority regionalist parties, in search of agreements that will allow them to obtain enough seats to start a new legislative period in Spain.
In these terms, and under the breath of the left bloc, of fear of the right more radical or ultra-right as they call it, and under the pretext of compliance with the legal mandate reflected by the Spaniards at the polls, and the general good of Spain and the Spaniards, agreements of very dubious consideration have been formalized both from the point of view legal, where the corresponding judges and magistrates will have to rule, as well as from the moral point of view, since these agreements involve decisions of great significance, with great consequences for all the citizens of the country, for some negatively and for others positively, although perhaps the greatest returns are obtained by a few individually, agreements that, given their magnitude, should be consulted with all citizens, since their content was not reflected in any of the political programs with which the parties participated in the last elections.
In addition, not only were these issues not addressed in the political programs presented, but in many cases, the official position defended by all of them was based on the impossibility first of agreeing and second of carrying out many of the the facts, now reflected in the agreements that have given rise to this new governance, that after a rapid change of opinion, are going to be feasible, since suddenly, all the motives and reasons exposed during the electoral campaign, reflecting the impossibility of doing these actions, they have disappeared, they have magically vanished for all the political representatives of the left-wing bloc.
In such a varied situation, such biased changes of opinion, since there are multiple associations, professionals, jurists, lawyers, politicians, businessmen and citizens in general who are very suspicious, on the one hand, of the legality of some of the agreed measures, and on the other, that these measures really serve the purpose for which they were proposed. They conceive, when the beneficiaries in their personal capacity, categorically affirm and to anyone who dares to ask, that they will repeat it again and in a not too distant period of time, it is certainly effective to say that this legislature will be legislated by a bloc lacking any representation.
In a real democracy, in addition to obtaining the necessary seats in clean elections, granted by the citizens, the bulk of the measures to be applied during the legislative period must be in accordance with what is exposed to the people. That is, the representativeness granted by the Votes are only valid if they are won based on a truthful, real, and reality-based electoral or political program, because otherwise, every vote obtained from a false, unreal, unfinished, or opaque political program grants a false representation, achieved by deceiving citizens and voters. Then the beginning of a legislative period, based on agreements made on a political program or political agreements contrary to what exposed, it is clearly a legislative period without representation of the people, which is really the state.
Sometimes a very different thing occurs, especially since the inclusion of our country in the European Union and other associations, where in the face of events, circumstances or situations derived from other events, such as those derived from crises war, economic, or directives and agreements or treaties signed in the international context, the government in force is forced to take measures contrary to what was planned, foreseen, and even contrary to its ideas. as has happened before on several occasions. These last actions are carried out out of obligation, while the facts included in the agreements, which have made it possible to achieve the seats necessary to begin a new legislative period in Spain, have not been forced by circumstances, have not been imposed or forced by external commitments, and have not have been taken to solve or safeguard some critical event or circumstance such as an economic crisis, have been endorsed without the validation provided by the ballot box, have been endorsed from false representativeness, achieved through deception and betrayal of the political program put forward by the main signatory nationalist parties, and through the betrayal of the voter of each vote obtained.
Starting tomorrow, Spain begins a legislative period governed by a group or legislative block without any moral authority, and without real representation of the feelings and thoughts of the Spanish people with respect to their future as a nation.< /p>
